Molcajete Fajita

Fajita served in a traditional hot stone bowl. A combination of grilled steak, chicken, shrimp and chorizo, sautéed bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and pineapple and topped with shredded cheese. Molcajete fajitas are served with Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and tortillas.
